Component supply only. Guard design, risk assessment, installation, interlocks, compliance and final validation remain with the responsible engineer or guarding specialist.
We manufacture flat parts to the geometry, material and thickness stated in an approved file. The supplied components can then be incorporated into a guarding system by the party responsible for its design and compliance.
Solid polycarbonate profiles with fixing holes, slots and cut-outs defined by the supplied drawing.
Flat mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium parts cut to the nominated grade and thickness.
Flat fixing profiles prepared for customer-controlled folding, welding, fastening and assembly.
Approved panel geometry with openings and mounting features already resolved by the system designer.
Cutting from an approved CAD file or fully dimensioned drawing where suitability has been confirmed by the responsible party.
Stable part numbers and revision-controlled files for recurring maintenance and manufacturing requirements.
The required performance of a guard is determined by the complete system, not by cutting alone. Your engineer, guarding specialist or equipment manufacturer must nominate the material grade, thickness and design requirements before production.

Laser Cutting Experts does not determine guarding distances, opening sizes, impact performance, access requirements, interlock arrangements, material suitability or compliance with a nominated standard.
We cut the approved flat components. A competent person responsible for the machine and guarding system must specify, assess, install and validate the completed assembly.
A clear manufacturing file keeps cutting scope separate from the engineering decisions that govern the completed guard. Include the approved information below with every part revision.
DXF or DWG is preferred. A clean vector PDF can also be reviewed. Profiles should contain closed paths without duplicated or overlapping lines.
Do not rely on a generic material label. State the exact material selection approved for the panel, window, plate or bracket.
Hole diameters, slot lengths, cut-outs, edge clearances and mounting positions must be controlled by the approved drawing.
Use a stable part number, revision, quantity and orientation note where components form a matched set or recurring maintenance item.
Machine risk assessment, guard layout, reach and clearance calculations, material engineering, frame design, interlocks, fasteners, folding, welding, assembly, installation, certification and compliance sign-off are not provided as part of the cutting service.
