How thick can the acrylic be?
Clear cast acrylic is cut up to 40 mm. Black, white and opal sheets are cut up to 20 mm, frosted up to 6 mm, and mirror and coloured sheets in 3 mm. The result on very thick or finish-critical work depends on the grade and colour, so it is confirmed against the actual sheet before the order is cut.
What does the cut edge look like?
The laser leaves a clear, flame-polished edge on cast acrylic. If the edge will be bonded, painted or left exposed, say so in the notes and the cutting settings are chosen to suit.

Yes. Enter the overall size and attach a vector drawing such as DXF, DWG or PDF to the request.
