Laser Cutting Experts is a trading name of Platinum Signage Pty Ltd (ABN 27 609 002 815), 3/5 Erith Street, Botany NSW 2019. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, government identifiers or payment card numbers through this website or by email.
To prepare quotes, check that files are cut-ready, manufacture and deliver work, answer enquiries, keep records required for tax and business purposes, and improve the website. We use your details to contact you about your own enquiry or job. We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for another organisation's marketing.
Files you send are used to quote and produce your job. We do not publish them, and we do not supply them to anyone other than those involved in producing or delivering your order. If your work is commercially sensitive, tell us and we will confirm arrangements in writing before you send anything.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, both operated by Google. They set cookies and collect usage data so we can measure how the site performs and how our advertising is working. This may include showing you our ads on other websites. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, manage ad personalisation in your Google account, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop you using the site.
Only where it is needed to do the work or is required by law: freight and courier companies for delivery, specialist suppliers where part of a job is produced externally, and our own service providers such as hosting, email and the analytics services named above. Google and some hosting and email providers store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States. By sending us an enquiry you consent to that overseas disclosure.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected and for as long as business, tax and legal record-keeping obligations require, then destroy or de-identify it.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
